MOSCOW, February 8 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from February 9 is 24.7813 rubles, up 13.47 kopeks from Friday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Saturday-Monday is 35.8585 rubles, down 16.74 kopeks from Friday.
