MOSCOW, February 11 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from February 12 is 24.6715 rubles, down 10.98 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.
The official euro rate for Tuesday is 35.9316 rubles, up 7.31 kopeks from Monday.
