MOSCOW, February 13 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for February 14 is 24.6655 rubles, up 1.18 kopeks from Wednesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Thursday is 35.9006 rubles, up 6.89 kopeks from Wednesday.
