MOSCOW, February 18 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from February 19 is 24.5767 rubles, down 0.94 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 36.0663 rubles, up 3.54 kopeks from Monday.
