MOSCOW, February 19 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from February 20 is 24.5206 rubles, down 5.61 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 36.0663 rubles, up 3.29 kopeks from Tuesday.
