MOSCOW, March 14 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from March 15 is 23.6490 rubles, down 4.34 kopeks from Friday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Saturday-Monday is 36.8995 rubles, up 2.94 kopeks from Friday.
