MOSCOW, March 18 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from March 19 is 23.5325 rubles, up 1.99 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 37.0825 rubles, down 2.98 kopeks from Tuesday.
