MOSCOW, March 18 (RIA Novosti) - Golden Telecom, a leading Russian telecommunications and Internet operator, said Tuesday its US GAAP net income increased 78% year-on-year in 2007 to $152.6 million.
Golden Telecom, an independent operator which provides integrated telecom and Internet services in major Russian cities and the Commonwealth of Independent States, a loose association of former Soviet republics, said its consolidated earnings increased 51.2% in the reporting period to $1.29 billion.
