MOSCOW, March 21 RIA Novosti) - Credit institutions' balances on correspondent accounts with the Russian Central Bank totaled 601.4 billion rubles ($25.4 billion at the current exchange rate) at the beginning of the business day, down 1.5% from Thursday, the CBR said Friday.
Credit institutions' balances on deposit accounts with the Bank of Russia stood at 162.9 billion rubles ($6.9 billion), up 4.1% from Thursday.
