MOSCOW, March 21 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for March 22-24 is 23.7773 rubles, up 9.92 kopeks from Friday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate from Saturday is 36.7526 rubles, down 12.13 kopeks from Friday.
