MOSCOW, March 31 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from April 1 is 23.5027 rubles, down 1.29 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 37.0873 rubles, up 1.97 kopeks from Monday.
