MOSCOW, April 4 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from April 5 is 23.5982 rubles, down 1.71 kopeks from Friday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Saturday-Monday is 36.9760 rubles, up 3.46 kopeks from Friday.
