MOSCOW, April 8 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for April 9 is 23.5330 rubles, down 6.98 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 37.0433 rubles, up 7.19 kopeks from Tuesday.
