MOSCOW, April 9 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from April 10 is 23.5437 rubles, up 1.07 kopeks from Wednesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Thursday is 37.0295 rubles, down 1.38 kopeks from Wednesday.
