MOSCOW, April 21 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from April 22 is 23.4704 rubles, up 10.08 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 37.1137 rubles, down 12.11 kopeks from Monday.
