MOSCOW, April 22 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from April 23 is 23.4299 rubles, down 4.05 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Wednesday is 37.1598 rubles, up 4.61 kopeks from Tuesday.
