MOSCOW, May 19 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from May 20 is 23.7238 rubles, down 11.53 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 36.9474 rubles, up 4.21 kopeks from Monday.
