MOSCOW, June 16 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank for June 17 is 23.7795 rubles, up 10.47 kopeks from Thursday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 36.5681 rubles, down 11.6 kopeks from Thursday.
