Russian international reserves up $3.9 bln in week

MOSCOW, July 17 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's gold and foreign currency reserves increased by $3.9 billion, to $578.3 billion, in the week of July 4 - July 11, the Central Bank of Russia said Thursday.
