MOSCOW, November 5 (RIA Novosti) - Russian regional generating company TGK-5 said on Wednesday its net profit under Russian Accounting Standards increased 250% year-on-year in January-September to 627 million rubles ($23 million).
TGK-5, which has a total generating capacity of 2.46 GW and incorporates 11 thermal power plants, said in a statement its net profit growth in the reporting period was largely due to increased cash flows generated by "other revenues" and "interest receivable."
