International ratings agency Standard & Poors has raised its forecast for Russian fixed-line operator Comstar UTS and its MGTS subsidiary to positive from steady, the agency said on Tuesday.
The agency has also affirmed the companies' long-term corporate credit ratings at BB and national scale ratings at ruAA.
The new ratings are in line with that of Comstar's parent Mobile TeleSystems (MTS BB/Positive), which already owns 63% of Comstar, the agency said.
