Russia's gas pipeline monopoly Gazprom has allowed Rospan, a subsidiary of oil firm TNK-BP, to pump 3.2 billion cubic meters of gas via the giant's gas transport system in 2011, TNK-BP Vice President Sergei Brezitsky said on Tuesday.
"A week ago we received official confirmation from Gazprom and we are currently working with Gazprom and consumers," Brezitsky said.
Rospan hopes to pump an additional 3.2 bcm in 2012, 8.5 bcm in 2013, 13.2 bcm in 2014, and 16.5 bcm in 2015, he said.
Rospan's capital investment in 2011 is expected to reach $100 million, Brezitsky said.
