* Two suspects in the October 13 attack on the city of Nalchik, detained in the Chita region in Russia's Far East early Friday morning, have started providing authorities with evidence
* A militant from Doka Umarov's gang was detained in the Chechen capital of Grozny
* The Chechen Interior Ministry said an anti-terrorism center official in Chechnya had been wounded in Grozny after being fired on from a passing car
* Military prosecutors said the village of Starye Atagi in Chechnya had come under mortar fire on November 9, with five wounded due to a targeting error
* A militant was killed and a serviceman wounded in a special operation in Chechnya's Achkhoi-Martan region
* Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Shepel said police had arrested 38 suspects to date in connection with the attack on the North Caucasus city of Nalchik in October
* Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Shepel confirmed the presence of a former prisoner of the U.S. detention camp at Guantanamo Bay among those arrested in the Nalchik attack
* Judge Vitaly Besolov said the case of three former North Ossetian policemen charged with negligence in relation to the September 2004 Beslan attack would be preliminarily heard November 15
