MOSCOW, December 1 (RIA Novosti) - Documents describing technologies of 'dirty' radioactive, chemical and biological weapons have been found in Chechnya, Chief of the Russian General Staff Yury Baluyevsky said Thursday.
He said Russia should upgrade its system of protection against such weapons.
"Terrorism is seeking ways of creating weapons of mass destruction, which forces us to take preventive steps," General Baluyevsky said.
