MOSCOW, December 5 (RIA Novosti)-Russia has no plans to supply India with two types of strategic bombers, the defense minister said Monday.
Sergei Ivanov, who is also a deputy prime minister, said no negotiations were ongoing on Tu-160 Blackjack or Tu-95 Bear bombers.
The minister said the Soviet Union had sold India Il-76 Candid heavy transport planes, and they were still in service with the Indian air force.
