URGENT: Academic Velikhov elected Public Chamber Secretary

MOSCOW, January 22 (RIA Novosti) - Academician Yevgeny Velikhov was unanimously elected Secretary of the Public Chamber at its first plenary session Sunday in the Kremlin.
