MOSCOW, March 31 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow condemns the recent terrorist attack near a Jewish settlement on the West Bank, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Friday.
"Moscow strongly condemns the anti-Israeli terrorist attack, and confirms its aversion to all acts of terrorism regardless of their motives and justifications," the Foreign Ministry said.
A Palestinian suicide bomber killed himself and four Israelis near the settlement of Kedumim in the West Bank on Thursday night. After the incident, Israeli aircraft carried out strikes on the northern Gaza Strip.
The Foreign Ministry voiced its concern over the aggravation of Palestinian-Israeli relations while international intermediaries are seeking a resumption of talks between the conflicting sides.
