MOSCOW, April 26 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow Arbitration Court said Wednesday it would consider a suit June 5 by a Yukos shareholder against the appointment of its current CEO.
The court accepted Valery Barmin's suit against the appointment of U.S. citizen Steven Theede Monday.
Theede was appointed president of the embattled oil company by its board of directors on June 24, 2004, replacing Simon Kukes.
