St. Petersburg will host a meeting of finance ministers of the Group of Eight industrialized nations (Russia, Germany, Japan, France, Canada, Italy, the United States and Britain) on June 9-10, 2006.
Applicants for accreditation, which will be open until June 1, 2006, should fill in the registration form on the Web site www.register.G8finance.ru.
Accredited journalists will be able to work at the press center during the meeting of G8 finance ministers. They will have to register during their first visit to the press center after which they will receive an accreditation card and materials for the meeting.
After the meeting, they will be able to attend the final news conference and the news conferences of national delegations.

After completing the registration form, applicants will receive a letter confirming registration on the Web site. If the applicant indicates that visa support is needed, he/she will receive a visa application form, which should be completed and forwarded to info@register.g8finance.ru.
Information about the time and place of the visa's issuance will be sent to the applicant in 6-7 working days.
If the applicant indicates that he/she requires a hotel reservation, he/she will receive a list of hotels reserved for the press.
If the applicant fails to receive a visa application form he/she should apply to info@register.g8finance.ru. and the form will be sent again.
