KALININGRAD, May 29 (RIA Novosti) - Vice Admiral Konstantin Sidenko has assumed his duties as the new Baltic Fleet commander, the fleet's press service said Monday.
Sidenko, 53, formerly first deputy chief of staff of the Pacific Fleet, takes over from Vladimir Valuyev, who retired earlier.
