MOSCOW, May 30 (RIA Novosti) - Open Russia, an NGO founded by jailed ex-Yukos boss Mikhail Khodorkovsky, has filed a fresh appeal against a ruling by Moscow City Court to freeze its accounts, a senior spokeswoman said Tuesday.
Irina Savchenko said Open Russia had filed the appeal with the presidium of the Moscow City Court.
She said the court had not even cited the sum of "illegally obtained money" referred to in a previous ruling and had decided to freeze all of the organization's accounts, thereby paralyzing its operations.
