MOSCOW, June 6 (RIA Novosti) - A bill setting new rules for natural gas exports has been submitted for consideration to Russia's lower house of parliament, its architects in the State Duma energy and transport committee said Tuesday.
Under the draft law, the government would ensure that all natural gas exports go through a single channel.
If the bill becomes law, the exclusive rights to export gas will be given to a company that owns Russia's unitary gas supply network and 100% subsidiaries of that company.
