Arbitration Court rules to postpone Yukos creditor session

MOSCOW, June 8 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow's Arbitration Court ruled Thursday that the first session of creditors of the beleaguered Yukos oil company slated for June 16 should be postponed.

The court said it needed time to decide on requests from Yukos creditors to include them into a register of creditors suing Yukos.
