GROZNY, July 15 (RIA Novosti) - Two explosions have occurred on a road leading to the Chechen capital, local police said Saturday.
The first bomb exploded at the moment a police vehicle passed, and the second went off when reinforcements arrived at the scene. There were no casualties, police said.
