MOSCOW, August 4 (RIA Novosti) - A Moscow appeals court will hear Friday a motion from Yukos against an arbitration court ruling to include a claim of 353 billion rubles ($13.1 bln) from the Federal Tax Service in the list of the embattled oil company's creditors.

On June 14, the Moscow Arbitration Court considering Yukos' bankruptcy case ruled to put the FTS on the list of creditors and also upheld its 108-bln-ruble ($4 bln) claim to Yukos, which was declared bankrupt earlier this week.

The FTS said March 17 that Yukos owed $3.99 billion in back taxes for 2004 and that the company had avoided taxes by using its subsidiaries and lower transfer pricing schemes in oil deals.

The court upheld $18.2 billion in claims from Yukos creditors, including from the FTS ($13.1 bln), Yuganskneftegaz, a former Yukos production unit ($4.52 bln), Rosneft ($482 mln), and more than 20 companies.
