MOSCOW, August 10 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree appointing Vladimir Nazarov as deputy secretary of Russia's Security Council, the Kremlin press office said Thursday.
Nazarov, 56, previously served as an assistant to the Security Council chief. He graduated with a degree in international trade from Moscow's Institute of International Relations in 1973 and then studied at a KGB school and a military academy.
