NOVOSIBIRSK, September 3 (RIA Novosti) - A court building was blown up in the city of Novosibirsk in Russia's West Siberia but there were no victims, the local law-enforcement said Sunday.
The explosion occurred on the night of September 2-3 in the Oktyabrsky district of the city, partially damaging the walls of a two-storey building. An investigation is under way, the local law-enforcement bodies said.
According to the law-enforcement bodies, the explosion could have been an attempt to put pressure on one of the judges or destroy criminal case records.
