MOSCOW, November 21 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's oil and gas condensate output expanded 2.2%, year-on-year, in January-October 2006, to 398.9 million metric tons, the Industry and Energy Ministry said Tuesday.

Russia's daily crude output in October rose to 1.328 million tons (9.76 million bbl/d) from 1.324 million tons (9.73 million bbl/d) in September.

Russian oil companies LUKoil, Rosneft, TNK-BP, Surgutneftegaz and Gazprom Neft (formerly Sibneft) were the leading producers of oil and gas condensate, the ministry said.

Output of refined crude in January-October 2006 grew 5.3%, year on year, to 180.7 million tons (1.33 billion bbl).

The ministry said oil product supplies to the domestic market continued to grow. In the first 10 months of 2006, oil companies delivered 28.2 million metric tons of gasoline, up 6.7%, year-on-year, 52.6 million metric tons of diesel fuel (+6.8%), and 48 million metric tons of fuel oil (+4.3%).

According to the Federal Customs Service's data, Russia's crude exports to the Commonwealth of Independent States, an alliance of former Soviet republics, was 30.9 million tons (227.12 million bbl) in the reporting period, down 3.3%, year-on-year, with the figures for oil supply to Belarus and Kazakhstan rising, while contracting to Ukraine.

Exports to countries outside the CIS (including exports from oil refinery terminals) stood at 177.2 million tons (1.3 billion bbl), up 0.1% on the last year's corresponding figure.
