YEKATERINBURG, December 12 (RIA Novosti) - A fire that engulfed the Federal Security Service (FSB) Institute building in Yekaterinburg Tuesday has been extinguished, the Urals city's emergency services said.
The building has been evacuated and no one is injured, a spokesman said, adding that efforts to put out the flames, first reported at 11:46 local time [6:46 a.m.GMT], involved 19 firefighting units.
