MOSCOW, February 21 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's foreign minister said Wednesday the discussion surrounding the missile defense problem at the Russia-NATO Council was being artificially blocked.
Sergei Lavrov said discussion surrounding the issue had continued at the Council but then recently it was "stalled."
"The impression is that this stalling [tactics] has to do with the United States' need to determine the structure of its national air defense system," he said.
