MOSCOW, March 30 (RIA Novosti) - Members of the Russian parliament's upper house have approved Speaker Sergei Mironov's mandate as representative of the Legislative Assembly in St. Petersburg Friday.
The elections to the city's legislature were held on March 11, with local MPs delegating Mironov as regional representative to the upper house last week.
