MOSCOW, May 15 (RIA Novosti) - Police in Russia's Urals region of Orenburg have detained two people suspected of involvement in a cafe arson which killed 10 people Monday, a regional law enforcement official said Tuesday.
The bodies of five men and five women were found following an early-morning fire at a market cafe in the city of Orsk, some 870 miles southeast of Moscow. Prosecutors say it was an arson attack, possibly triggered by a commercial dispute.
