MOSCOW, June 7 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin has appointed Sergei Naryshkin, a deputy prime minister and chief of the Russian government staff, as the president's special representative for integration cooperation with CIS countries, the Kremlin said Thursday.
In 2004, Naryshkin was appointed to chair the commission on international humanitarian and technical aid, and has chaired the management personnel training commission since December 2005.
Putin appointed him deputy premier in February.
