MOSCOW, December 10 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's GDP grew 7.8% in January-September 2007, the country's top statistics body said on Monday.
The State Statistics Service said Russia's GDP totaled 23.065 billion rubles ($941 billion) in current prices in the reporting period.
Russia's economics ministry expects the domestic economy to grow 7.4% in 2007 compared with 6.7% in 2006.
In a report published in early November, the World Bank said that Russia's economy was now growing at maximum capacity, boosted by high global energy prices and a strong inflow of foreign capital.
