ROSTOV-ON-DON, December 23 (RIA Novosti) - Nine people were injured after a tourist bus overturned in southern Russia, the emergencies ministry said on Sunday.
The bus with 20 tourists was going from the Krasnodar Region to the Republic of Adyghea for local sightseeing and overturned at about 2:00 p.m. Moscow time (11:00 a.m. GMT) Sunday at the border between the two republics. Four out of nine injured people were in grave condition, the ministry's southern department said.
According to preliminary information, the bus could have slipped on an icy road.
