MURMANSK, January 4 (RIA Novosti) - A small fishing trawler has sunken near Russia's Kola Bay in the Murmansk Region, but none of the four crew was hurt, a local rescue service official said Friday.
"The incident took place Thursday near the coast of the Kola Peninsula in the Barents Sea; the ship sunk while being towed by the Agat rescue boat," the source said, adding that the trawler had asked for help due to a technical malfunction.
He said the PTS-252 trawler sunk after giving a lurch while being towed, but that all four crewmembers had been moved from the trawler to the rescue boat in time.
