TOMSK, April 29 (RIA Novosti) - Four homeless men died after a fire broke out on Monday evening in a garage they had occupied in the southwest Siberian city of Tomsk, local emergency services said on Tuesday.
The first body was found next to the doorway, and three others were discovered by firefighters soon afterwards. All the victims, aged between 37 and 46, are believed to have lived in the garage for three years.
"According to residents of nearby houses, before the fire they heard a bang coming from the garage and saw a flash," an emergencies spokesman said.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
