ST. PETERSBURG, May 3 (RIA Novosti) - A cyclist in St. Petersburg participating in a rally to demand respect from car drivers on Saturday shocked residents and guests of the city as he got naked and rode along the central Dvortsovaya Square.
The cyclist attached a black flag to his bicycle and rode for 15 minutes, after which he was reported to put on boxer shorts and follow other rally participants to continue the race on other streets.
It looked like police were not informed of the incident.
