GROZNY, June 10 (RIA Novosti) - Nine police officers and four locals were injured when gas cylinders exploded in a cafe in Chechnya's capital Grozny overnight, a source in the law enforcement agencies said on Tuesday.
"According to preliminary information, this was a household gas explosion," the source said adding that two gas tanks had apparently exploded.
The cafe premises where the people were dining at the time of the blast was damaged.
The victims suffered a number of injuries according to preliminary reports.
