PETROZAVODSK, June 11 (RIA Novosti) - A court in the Republic of Karelia in Russia's north has given a nine-month suspended sentence to a woman who accidentally killed her common-law husband with two slaps, prosecutors said on Wednesday.
While trying to bring the drunken man to his senses, the woman hit him backhand across the face twice. The man died of an intracranial hemorrhage.
The court took into account the 'immoral' behavior of the deceased prior to the incident.
